Recruiting Manager / Trainer - Roseville - professionals needed in an online marketing agency

Expanding Online Travel Agency needs professional recruiters to help find
agents and franchisors to grow our company quickly. Our company is
currently poised to become the #1 online travel agency in the world in
about 3 or 4 years.
We compete directly with Expedia, Orbitz & Travelocity.

Requirements :
Aggressive Sales & Marketing background
Experience in Recruiting
Self Motivated/ Self Starter
People orientated
Travel agency experience is a plus but not necessary
Loves travel
High level of Integrity

Responsibilities :
Recruitment of new agents & franchisors for our company
Marketing our company
Tracking ads & results
Follow-up with potential recruits

Compensation :
We offer an aggressive pay plan that has never been heard of in the industry.
** 50% commission match on all business generated by the agents and franchisors you recruit
** Flat commission of $50 -$100 per new agent
** Full Medical & Life Insurance (after qualification period)
** High level bonuses starting at $1000 and up
